Very polite resolves any issues quickly and correctly
Secretary is not very neighborly or friendly. Hope she doesn't have sick kids needing to get to the dr or that no one is willing to even ask for someone else's help for her if she locks herself out of her car with her car seats making it physically impossible for her to get her sick child to the dr.
The woman who answered the phone when I called was very uninformative and abrupt. (Basically gave a one word answer and hung up the phone) Unprofessional. Was interested in buying a car, but guess I'll have to go elsewhere.
